You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Course Access

Upon payment, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the enrolled course content. Sharing login credentials or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are subject to review. Courses with significant completion (>30%) are not eligible for refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, branding, and materials on EcoleMinds are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

EcoleMinds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
